How do we get started?

Contact us with your requirements and your availability for an initial scoping meeting. During a scoping meeting we will discuss your requirements, goals, budget and schedule. 

When can we start and how long will it take?

We can usually book in a scoping meeting with you within a week. The total project length can vary from a few days to weeks.

What does the service cost?

We offer a free initial scoping meeting, at which we discuss your requirements, goals, targets and budgets. Total costs vary depending on complexity and the length of service.

We offer strategic consultations and design sprints as packages that range from one day to a week. Pre-booked days start at £259.

Do you offer fixed cost packages?

After an initial consultation we can offer packages tailored to your requirements at a fixed cost, adjustable based on a quarterly or annual commitment. These start at only £259 a month.

Do you offer 30 day payment accounts or plans?

Yes, once our accountants have carried out a credit check we provide a 30 day payment account. We also offer payment plans around annual commitments and contracts.

Do you offer retainers and ongoing services?

Yes, we have a range of pre-booked services that we provide as monthly, quarterly and annual discounted packages. 

Is the service private and secure?

We take your personal privacy seriously and treat your sensitive data and imagery with the utmost respect. 

We use an offline CRM system so no detailed customer data is stored online. We do not store project data online either. All data is kept at our secure site on offline storage. We have offsite systems that ensure all important data is safe and backed up.
